Service desk - software engineer with Swedish/German

We are currently looking for a new team member as: Service desk - software engineer with Swedish/German The person in this position will work in the Customer Solution Center department, providing technical support for the Sales Department. Responsibilities: • support for the Sales Department and customers in the field of technical advice and solving software problems, in particular: installation, configuration, service and training for customers on software and components of the Diehl Metering remote reading system on the Polish / German / Swedish market • processing of customer enquiries of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service • registering and analyzing problems with software and hardware and trying to solve them, cooperation with second-level support through the JIRA system. • ensuring good quality communication with the customer • suggesting improvements and optimizations • Interface adaptation for data transfer to customer-specific accounting software based on simply java scripts or Rest Interface • Conducting technical training and product presentations (internal and external) Send us your application if: • You have a university degree or are in the process of studying (preferably IT majors) • You work with or are interested in IT, telecommunications, electronics, software, technical innovations, IoT • you are fluent in English - a necessary condition, additionally you also know German or Nordic, for example Swedish • you have high-level communication skills, and know how to cooperate with the client, listen to and select valuable information • you are ready for business trips and field work • you can work in a team • you want to expand your own competences • self-discipline, responsibility and communicativeness are your strengths • you know JavaScript - it will be an additional asset • you have a category B driving license We offer: • Work in a professional, friendly team in a stable, international organization based on a full-time employment contract • system of trainings preparing for work also in our branches in Germany • Possibility of hybrid work, office/home-office, occasional trips to the customers • Participation in interesting projects, with new technologies of IoT solutions such as LORA, MIOTY, wM-BUS If you are interested, please submit your CV to the company's headquarters: Diehl Metering Sp. z o.o., Bazanowice ul.
